Evening at home in 15 degree cold.

AMRAP in 2 minutes:

Sprint 50 meters

5 Burpees

Rest 1 minute

Repeat for 5 Rounds.

Rnd1: 4 (+Run +1 burpee)

Rnd2: 4

Rnd3: 4 (+15 feet)

Rnd4: 3 (+Run +3 Burpees)

Rnd5: 4 (+10 feet)
