Afternoon @ CFN:

Tried another hand at 135# Bear Complex.  Only made it through 5 Rounds + PC & Front Squat.

WOD:

10 minutes max HSPU: 33 (done with 1 15# plate under each hand)

5 minutes max air squats: 180, first 75 unbroken, the rest in 5’s

2 minutes max pullups: 39

1 minute max pushups: 27

Rested about 15 minutes.

Then, every 30 seconds, Deadlift 10 pounds more than the last (like the 09 games)… starting at 255#

Made all lifts up through 325#.  Couldn’t make 335#.  1RM DL is 341.
