Morning @ CFN:

Leaving every 5 minutes, do 10 burpees and sprint 400m. Post fastest and slowest time.

1:53/2:13 (I hate running)

Post: Pushups with a 25# plate, resting (army style) when needed: 20/20/15 (about 90% of max effort).  Then 20 pistols.
