Evening @ Burlington Park:

600m farmer carry 45# dumbbells

AMRAP in 4:00:

10 pullups

10 ring dips

Rest 5:00 (supposed to be 4)

AMRAP in 4:00:

10 extended range of motion pushups w/ 45# dumbbells

10 bent over rows w/ 45# dumbbells

Part 1: 4 +7 ring dips

Part 2: 3 +3 pushups

Finished it off with a 600m drag of 90# through grass. Worse than the WOD. Completely discomforting and exhausting.

Later in the evening: 20 pistols and 45 minutes of foam rolling the legs/hips/butt.
