*I’ve gotten weaker in the squat, previously squatting 250 for 5. Not jumping 6″ forward on the snatches is a nice progression, but the knees are still tracking in when I’m at the bottom of the snatch hole.  Looking forward to “Mary” RX’d in a month or so.

Evening @ home:

6 rounds of 25 unbroken double unders. First 4 rounds leaving every minute, last two rounds leaving every 45 sec.
