Breakfast: 4 slices bacon, 4 farm eggs, handful of blueberries and a half-dozen strawberries. Coffee w/ coconut milk.  8 hrs sleep, but felt groggy all mornin.

10am at home:

50 Unbroken DU

40 Army Situps

30 Pushups

20 Pistols (alternating)

10 1-armed pushups (alternating)

WOD:

Death by 10 meters (with suicide touch): 15 (+12 spares)

Post-WOD: ton of water, blueberries & half-a-steak.

Lunch: 8 strips of bacon, 4 eggs, blueberries and strawberries. Lots of water.

5pm at CFN:

1RM Deadlift: 359 PR

1RM Bench Press: 210 (off of PR, which is 225)

For time: 50 CTB Pullups/50 GHD Situps (2 hand touch): 6:10

Dinner: Steak, pineapple, & string beans. Lots of water.
