8 hours sleep, but awoke groggy.

Breakfast: 6 slices bacon, 4 farm eggs, strawberries & blueberries. 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 glasses water. Coffee, black.

Noon @ Cincy State:

Pool was closed. Worked up to a heavy 3RM Power Clean. 135/155/175/185/190PR

Then some handstand work. 12 Headslaps (PR) & finally got a few headstand to handstands!

Lunch (pretty shitty): strawberries, feta cheese, apple, water.

5pm @ CFN:

Warmed up with 50 DU (unbroken)/40 Army situps/30 pushups/20 pistols/10 1-arm pushups

Total: 275. Far from PR. Fell apart during round 2.

Dinner: bacon & eggs & a peach w/ coconut milk.
