Good sleep. 8 hrs, woke up refreshed.

Breafast:  4 egg scramble w/ bell pepper & onion, 1 summer squash, 4 slices bacon, 1 clementine, 1 cup coconut milk, & black coffee.

Snack: Larabar

Lunch @ 3:30: lamb, paleo muffin, 2 clementines, water.

Went through my usual 50/40/30/20/10. DU were a little tough.

Dinner: Paleo fried chicken, clementine, water.
