Slept poorly, but went back for a 2 hour nap. Felt better then.

Breakfast: 3 paleo muffins, 3 egg scramble, 4 sausages, butternut squash, tea, water. Big breakfast.

Did my 50/40/30/20/10… DU a solid 50.

Evening @ CFN:

Back Squat deload. Worked on exploding out of the hole.

Every minute on the minute, do 10 squats and a 25m down/25m back shuttle run. Do this for 10 minutes. Felt great. Kept steady times of 17-19 seconds each.

Worked on flags afterward.  Fail on every attempt.
