WOD in the evening @ home:

50 DU/40 Situps/30 Pushups/20 Pistols/(forgot 1-arm pushups)

“DT” with 45# Dumb bells

5 Rounds of: 12 Deadlifts/9 Hang Power Cleans/6 Push Jerks

Time: 8:03

Very pleased with this. Didn’t come out of the gate fast, but went about 90% all the way through. For weight-only WODs: slow is smooth, smooth is fast. The first round unbroken and all jerks unbroken.

Rested for a few minutes and then did 2 minutes of Army sit-ups: 80
