Didn’t get enough sleep, but will get to bed early tonight for this weekend’s drill.  Also took a full rest day (did nothing) on 8/25.

Paleo breakfast with some hazelnut coffee.

Evening @ CFN:

Bench 5-5-5 (+)

then…

A1. Snatch-grip push press, 5 x 5; :10 rest
A2. Strict pull-ups, 5 x AMRAP; 2:00 rest

Bench Press loads: 140/164/184 (8)

A1. 100/110/135/140/150

A2. 14/11/10/10/10

After that, I played around with the log, getting 3 consecutive reps and screwing around with about 5 other singles. Weight of 155#.  Then I did 5×3 seated box jumps, increasing in height up to a final set of 4 at 39″.
