Part 1:
Back squat, 5-5-5; do not perform extra reps

Part 2:
In five attempts, find the heaviest load with which you can perform the following barbell complex unbroken; rest as need between sets:

8 deadlifts
8 hang power cleans
8 front squats

Part 1: 5×191#

Part 2: 155#

*Very happy about 155.

Spent 1 hr, 15 min at 5 Star Gymnastics working on tumbling and parallel bars. I have no flexibility in the shoulders. Got a front roll on the p-bars and worked at swinging.
