10/2 – 10/3

Saturday: Nuthin. Slept in and ate shit at a festival. Regret nothing.

Sunday: Brunch with the wife, yoga in the evening.  I do not like yoga … at all.  It’s just not for me, but I’ll continue to go because it’s good for ya.  At the end of this gymnastics cycle, Amy’s switchin over to 2x per week yoga with 4x per week CrossFit. I’m sticking with 1x or 2x per week gymnastics and 5x per week CrossFit.

Other news: CrossFit Crescent Springs is right around the corner!
