A. Deadlift, 5-3-1 …  Find  new  1RM

B.  Find new 1RM Overhead Squat

C. Power clean, 10 x 2 @ 90%; begin a set of two reps every minute on the minute

A. 365, belted (PR)

B. 205 (PR)

C. 184 for first two  minutes, but so sloppy,  I took  it down to  174

Then tried  my hand  at some  ring  hspu’s … not  for me today.
