Heavy cleans up to 205

Heavy jerks up to 205

Rack jerk (snatch grip) up to 230. Got 225 solid, 230 was unstable)

 

Every minute on the minute (EMOM), Power Clean & Split Jerk for 10 minutes:

165 for first 5 min, 175 for second 5 min … continue by adding 5 pounds EMOM until I failed at 200.
