Morning: 75 min of moksha yoga.  Very difficult mentally.  It also doesn’t help that I’m completely inflexible.

45 min nap

Evening:

A. Back Squat 3×5 @ 245 Fail. 4×245/2×245/5×225

B. Strict Press 3×5 @ 120 Check.

C. Max Strict Pullups, CTB: 5/6/4/4/4

D. Snatch + hang snatch, build to heavy set of 1.1 in 10.00: 135
E. Row sprints, 5 x :30; :30 rest. High: 168, Low: 151

Later: Gymnastics. Tumbling, still rings, high-bar, trampoline.
