3×5 Press @ 125 Check.
3×5 Weighted Pullup @ 40# Check.
2×12 Butterfly CTB Pullups

Heavy Squat Clean & Split Jerk to 195. Squat Clean to 205
3×10 Jump over 24″ box, AFAP

*195 C&J was a sloppy on the jerk. 185 was solid.
